Login to your Registration Portal with your Email address and Password Did you forget your password? Just enter your email address and leave the password field empty. A password reset link will be emailed to you.

Once logged in, click on the Registration Portal to view the courses you are registered for. Under My Current Course Registrations, look for the "Online Modules" link. Follow steps 1 through 4 in order. You cannot start the exam until steps 1, 2 and 3 are complete.

When you pass the exam, ITI will report your course directly to the NYDFS. After you pass your exam, follow the NYDFS License Renewal Link to renew your license. After completing your exam, your certificate will be available in your Registration Portal under your Course History. While viewing your certificate, you can use the "Print this Page" function to print a copy for your files. |
